Accommodation Notes
- This offer is applicable to the principal cardholders of WingTsun World Card and WingFoo World Card issued by Bank SinoPac. If the supplementary cardholder wishes to stay in the hotel and the principal cardholder is not accompanying him/her, he/she is entitled to the same privileges as the principal cardholder, he/she has to make an appointment with the principal cardholder and fill in the supplementary cardholder's information at the time of making the appointment.
- Event Time: 2025/01/01~2025/12/31.
- Each person can only reserve/use room B per month (based on the date of arrival), no consecutive stays, price increases, upgrades, or changes in room type are allowed, and unused rooms for the month are considered abandoned.
- Reservation: Reservations must be made 5 working days prior to the scheduled check-in date (excluding holidays and check-in day) through the designated booking website athttps://sinopac.mastervip.com.twOr make a reservation through Yunlei Customer Service Center, reservation line 02-7717-9567 (Monday through Friday 10:00AM～5:00PM, except national holidays and public holidays), inform the scheduled check-in date, hotel, and pay the relevant fees with the Forever World Card or the Forever World Card, and then obtain the reservation number when the transaction is successfully swiped online; if the transaction cannot be completed, Yunlei will take the initiative to notify the reservation holder by phone. If the card transaction cannot be completed, the customer service center of "Yunlei Trading" will take the initiative to call and inform the reservation cardholder.
- CancellationIf the cardholder is unable to go to the booked hotel as scheduled or any other changes or cancellations, he/she has to notify the "Yunlei Trading" Customer Service Center in advance, and the hotel will not provide the relevant changes or cancellation services on site; the relevant details will be implemented in accordance with the current method of the "Yunlei Trading" Customer Service Center:
- Cancellation with 14 days' notice prior to the arrival date (not included) will result in a full refund.
- Cancellation within 10-13 days prior to arrival date deducts room rate prepayment deposit of 30%.
- Cancellation within 7-9 days prior to check-in date deducts room rate prepayment deposit 50%.
- Cancellation within 4-6 days prior to arrival date deducts room rate prepayment deposit 60%.
- Cancellation within 2-3 days prior to arrival date deducts room rate prepayment deposit 70%.
- Cancellation within 1 day prior to check-in date deducts room rate prepayment deposit 80%.
- Cancellations made on the day of arrival will be treated as if the offer has been utilized and 100% of the booking fee will be charged [change of arrival date will not be accepted during this period].
- Change of reservation is limited to one time; if you want to change the date, you have to notify the change of reservation 14 days before the date of arrival (not included), and the date after the change of reservation still has to comply with the reservation made 5 days before the date of arrival (not included), and is limited to the same hotel.
- In order to match the hotel's operation time, if the cancellation is notified after 17:00 on the same day, it will be regarded as the next day's notification of cancellation; in case of double holidays or festivals, it will be regarded as the first working day's notification of cancellation.
- This offer cannot be used by cardholders directly at the hotels without prior reservation.
- This offer is inclusive of room tax and service charge. Dining restaurants and time slots are subject to the announcement of the hotels, and cannot be extended or exchanged for future use of the vouchers. If the number of guests exceeds the number of guests specified in this offer or the hotel's regulations, the price will be increased according to the hotel's regulations, and the cost will be paid by the cardholder separately.
- This offer does not accept price increase to upgrade, price increase to change the room type, if you need to add someone to increase the price of the room, after the hotel agreed, in addition to the discounted room rate, the rest of the fee cardholders need to pay at the hotel checkout when you check in.
- If the hotel is fully booked, booked out or unavailable due to other factors, the customer service staff will contact the cardholder to help change to another date or refund the cardholder.
This program does not apply to on-site, telephone and third-party OTA booking platforms. - The cardholder must be one of the guests in the room; if the cardholder has two or more cards, they cannot be used at the same time.
This offer cannot be combined with other offers or discounts such as business/contract exclusive rates, member discounts, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. - This offer is non-transferable, valid for cardholders only, valid only for the goods or services shown, and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a refund is issued for a purchase, it will be deemed that the cardholder has given up the offer, and the offer will not be refunded with the purchase.
