This is a housing plus high-speed rail ticket program, and no separate high-speed rail ticket may be purchased; if the housing is canceled, the high-speed rail ticket must be canceled as well.
This program is not applicable to OTA platform orders, and cannot be combined with business/special contract exclusive prices, member discounts, or other activity offers.
Officials reserve the right to change or terminate this promotion at any time and to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.

▋ 專案規範說明
The date, time and train number of the round-trip ticket are based on the system display and do not guarantee that the passenger numbers in the order are consecutive or in the same compartment.
Seats are based on the Taiwan High Speed Rail (HSR) system. If the booking is made more than 29 days in advance, you can still pre-purchase a discounted ticket and return to the hotel's official website after the HSR opens for reservation (pre-purchase can enjoy the discounted ticket, however, the system does not have any reserved seats and whether there are seats available or not is based on the actual seat reservation result, and does not guarantee that the passenger in the booking is successful in reserving a seat in the peak period.
For the discounted tickets purchased through our hotel reservation system, all ticketing operations must be carried out through this system, e.g. ticket reservation, ticket reservation (only in the case of uncollected tickets).
▋ 高鐵加購訂票限制說明
One of the departure and arrival stations must be the High Speed Rail Panchiao Station, Taipei Station, or Nangang Station. Tickets can be booked as one-way or round-trip packages, with standard and business class pairs of all-access tickets available.
The available dates for purchase are within [one day prior to and including the check-in date] and [one day after the check-out date].
The number of additional tickets purchased is the number of people staying in the hotel. If two people are staying in the hotel, the maximum number of tickets obtained is two sets of tickets for the return trip, making a total of four tickets.
For each set of round-trip ticket, according to the regulations of XRL, the time for opening the seat reservation is at least 29 days before to 60 minutes before the departure of the scheduled train, XRL may open the seat reservation before the specific holidays, please refer to the information on the website of XRL for the definition of the specific holidays.
Hotel Combination Ticket Program
Project Description
This program is a room reservation and ticket discount service jointly launched by Taiwan High Speed Rail Corporation and partner hotels. When booking a room at the official website of the partner hotels, you can purchase discounted tickets for the standard and business class compartments of the High Speed Rail, and you will be charged the deposit for the room reservation and discounted High Speed Rail fares at the time of booking.
Q&A on Ticket Purchase Regulations [Express Hotel Combination Ticket
Specification
This program requires passengers to operate by themselves in the official booking system of the partner hotels to purchase additional discounted tickets for the High Speed Rail, including: booking, ticket reservation, changing the itinerary of the ticket before picking up the ticket, and cancellation of the booking (hotel accommodations and High Speed Rail tickets have to be canceled at the same time).
The date, time, and train number of the XRL tickets are based on the official reservation system of the partner hotels. Seats are automatically configured by the system, and there is no seat selection function and no guarantee that the seats of the passengers in the order are adjacent to each other. Due to the different design of the official booking system of each hotel, some hotels do not support the purchase of additional tickets on the same day, please contact the hotels to confirm the actual procedure of purchasing the discounted tickets.
Additional Ticket Restrictions
If one of the stops is in the area where the hotel is located, you can purchase a one-way or round-trip Standard Car and Business Car coupon ticket.
The additional purchase dates are [housing day (including the day before)] and [check-out day (including the day after)], some hotel systems can only add the day of housing, check-out day; hotel system or project limitations, if there are exceptions or other agreed matters, please refer to the system of the respective hotel shall prevail.
The number of additional tickets to be purchased is equal to the number of occupants per room, and children, senior citizens and love tickets can be purchased together.
Ticket reservation time is subject to the announcement of the XRL Corporation, the current rule is 29 days before the day of travel (inclusive) to 60 minutes before the departure of the scheduled train, every Friday and Saturday can book up to four weeks later to Sunday (the booking will be opened earlier on certain holidays, please refer to the information on the website of the XRL Corporation). If the booking is made earlier than 29 days before the scheduled departure time, you can still pre-purchase the discounted tickets and return to the hotel's official website to make the reservation after the opening of the XRL system (pre-purchase can enjoy the discounted tickets, but the system does not reserve the seats, and the availability of the seats is still subject to the actual result of the reservation).
Tickets for business carriages between Nangang-Taipei, Nangang-Panchiao, and Taipei-Panchiao are not available.
Ticket Collection, Change, Cancellation and Refund Notice

Please pick up your ticket at a ticket counter at an XRL station, at a ticket vending machine, at a convenience store (with an additional handling fee of NT$10 per ticket and NT$20 for a round-trip ticket), or at the XRL T-EX Mobile Ticketing App.

Ticket changes and cancellations.
With this program, the ticket is only valid for other trips in the same travel zone on the day of the change; if the ticket needs to be changed or canceled, please respond to the following conditions.
Tickets not yet picked up: please go to the hotel reservation system, use the order number and password to log in, at least 30 minutes before the departure time, after the operation will not be accepted refund; hotel system or project limitations if there are exceptions or other contractual matters, please follow the actual operation of the hotel and the announcement shall prevail.
Collected Tickets: Collected tickets (including T-EX App tickets) cannot be changed or canceled online. Please bring your ticket to the ticket counter at the XRL station at least 30 minutes prior to departure time to apply for a refund for the change or at the convenience store where you collected your ticket, and the amount of the ticket will be refunded to you after deducting the handling fee. Please pay attention to your travel time and complete the collection of tickets in advance. If you are unable to collect your tickets and cannot travel on the scheduled train, no refund will be accepted. [Note: Convenience store opening hours are subject to the announcement of each store.
Cancellation
Cancellation of the booking must be accompanied by a refund of the XRL concessionary ticket and cannot be retained separately; if the concessionary ticket is used separately in contravention of the project specifications, XRL reserves the right to retrospectively apply the difference in the amount of the concession.
Tickets not yet collected: Please go to the hotel's reservation system, log in with your order number and password, and cancel your tickets and reservation by yourself before the check-in date.
Ticketed tickets: If you have already collected your ticket (including T-EX App tickets), please bring it to the ticket counter at the station or to the convenience store where you collected your ticket no later than 30 minutes prior to the departure time to obtain a refund, and the amount of the ticket will be refunded to you after deducting the handling fee. Obtain a refund certificate and provide it to the hotel staff to cancel the reservation, or cancel the reservation online. Full refund will be made after deducting the handling fee for the concessionary tickets of the XRL, while the deposit of the hotel will be handled in accordance with the regulations of the cooperating hotels. [Note: The business hours of convenience stores are subject to the announcement of each store.
Typhoon Refund Rules
Passengers who have purchased a train ticket during the period from the date of issuance of the sea typhoon warning to the date of lifting of the sea typhoon warning are advised to take out the ticket no later than one day after the date of travel, and may return the unused ticket to any XRL station within one year from the date of travel, free of charge.
Notes on the use of the National Travel Card (NTC)
The discounted tickets purchased under this program are paid together with the room charges by swiping the card on the official website of the partner hotels, and the application for the National Tourist Card will be treated as a single transaction together with the room charges, so please check with the hotel to confirm the applicability of the National Tourist Card before making the order.
Information for TGo Members of XRL
Visitors who purchase additional XRL discounted tickets through the booking system on the official website of the partner hotels, and at the same time follow the instructions to enter their XRL TGo member account, ID card number or verified cell phone number, will be entitled to bonus points.
If you do not fill out or provide correct TGo membership information at the time of purchase, you will not be able to accumulate or add points later.
