- The event team will contact the winners/official website members by email. Participants should make sure that the information they have filled in or logged in is correct, if the information is incomplete or incorrect, resulting in the inability to notify the event related information or deliver the prizes, it will be considered as a waiver of the eligibility, and the organizer will not notify or send the prizes to the winners separately.
- If the winner does not reply to the Organizer and complete the formalities of withholding the payment of the prize before 2026/02/27(Fri), he/she is deemed to have voluntarily given up his/her right to win the prize and the Organizer will not provide any further notice; the same applies to those who do not accept to open a voucher for withholding the payment of the prize.
- Ticket prizes will be mailed out within 14 working days upon receipt of the winner's information.
- Lucky Draw Date and Winners Announcement Date In the event of force majeure that makes it impossible to conduct the lucky draw or announce the winners, the official will conduct the lucky draw or announce the winners after the force majeure is eliminated.
- In accordance with the Income Tax Law of the Republic of China (R.O.C.), if the value of a chance to win prize is more than NT$1,000 (inclusive), the winner should file an income tax return based on the value of the prize, and the Company will withhold 10% on behalf of the winner, while those whose amount of withholding is less than NT$2,000 (inclusive) are exempted from such withholding. Individuals not residing in R.O.C. (i.e., domestic and foreign nationals who have resided in R.O.C. for less than 183 days) are required to withhold 20% income tax on their behalf, and the amount of tax to be withheld is not subject to the limitation of NT$2,000 (inclusive). If the winner is an individual residing in R.O.C. and the value of the prize exceeds NT$20,000 (inclusive), the winner is required to pay the 10% Opportunity Prize Income Tax. When receiving the prize, the winner must attach a copy of the front and back of his/her ID card for those who reside in the R.O.C. (a copy of his/her resident card for those who hold a resident card for foreigners) and a copy of his/her passport for those who do not reside in the R.O.C.; and whether or not there is any withholding of tax, the winner must fill out a receipt and submit it to the Company for its records, and the Company will issue a withholding voucher to the winner in the next year for filing his/her individual income tax return.
